Delivery
Where do you deliver?
At present, our delivery services are limited to Malaysia.
What are the delivery charges?
Our standard delivery fee is RM6. However we have a RM10 surcharge for delivery to East Malaysia
When can I expect my order to be processed?
Once your order is placed, it will be processed within three (3) business days. You will receive an order confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Is it possible to cancel my order once it has been placed?
You can cancel your order before it has been picked up by our delivery partners. For order cancellations, please contact our customer support team.
Is it possible to update my delivery address after placing the order?
We can only accommodate changes to your order until it has been released for shipment. Once your parcel is in the hands of our delivery partner, we are unable to make changes.

How can I check the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your Order Tracking link. You can use this link to track your parcel's journey.
Which courier company do you use for delivery?
DHL e-commerce.
How long will it take for my products to be delivered?
Typically, deliveries within Peninsula Malaysia are expected within 2 to 4 business days, while deliveries to East Malaysia may take 7 to 10 business days.
If my entire order hasn't arrived on time, what actions should I take?
If you encounter missing parcels, incomplete order items, or any shipping-related issues, please reach out to our customer service at support@honestinfant.com.

To view your previous orders, you must have a registered account. Please sign in to your account to access this information.
Payment
What are the acceptable payment methods?
We accept all major credit/debit cards under Visa and Mastercard, as well as FPX Online Banking, Boost, GrabPay, Touch 'n Go e-Wallet, Maybank QR Pay, and more. For additional payment options, please refer to the list available during checkout.
Does Honest Infant store my credit card information?
For your security, please note that we do not store your credit card information on our website. You will have the opportunity to enter your credit card details securely with each purchase.
Do you accept Cash On Delivery
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery
